Mr. Fontana has spent over eleven years in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry where he has held various positions with insurance companies, insurance agencies and in private sector risk management.

Mr. Fontana began his career in 1995 as a Senior Agent Services member in the corporate office of Horace Mann Insurance Companies in Illinois. Relocating to Cheyenne, WY in 1997, Mr. Fontana switched over to the private industry where he managed insurance & bonding for companies engaged in multiple government & military contracts operating in 48 states.

In 2003, Ken joined Ed Murray & Sons, a subsidiary of HRH, and launched his Moving & Storage insurance program for the Rocky Mountain region. With a combined background as both an insurance company representative and an insurance manager/buyer, Ken found great success in customizing insurance solutions for van line affiliated and independent movers.

Outside of the program, Mr. Fontana enjoyed success in placing insurance for a variety of international commercial entities including oil & gas, manufacturing, security and biochemical R&D firms.

Mr. Fontana joined IRM in October of 2006 to focus exclusively on insuring the Moving & Storage industry and is responsible for new business development.
